Description
As a general rule, an individual, if not already qualified, who wishes to travel (or migrate) to Europe, must apply for a visa (for the Schengen area - Schengen visa) in their country of residence at the embassy, high commission or consulate of the country (Schengen Agreement) which is his/her main destination. As regards the Schengen states, in exceptional cases it is possible to obtain a single entry Schengen visa with a validity of up to 15 days upon arrival at the border, provided that the individual can prove that he could not apply for a visa in advance due to time restrictions, arising from "unforeseen" and "urgent" circumstances, if he/she meets the usual criteria for issuing a Schengen visa and can prove all of this together with proof of the urgency of the situation. https://www.immigration-residency.eu/res...ia/real-estate/
